Moo & Me Time offer cow cuddling experiences or children's birthday parties.
Moo & Me Time exists to create a gentle, welcoming space where people can slow down, breathe amd reconnect with themselves through calm, respectful interactions with our cows and the natural world around them. Our purpose is to provide peaceful, grounding encounters with our calm herd
Booking Policy
All bookings must be made online. We do not accept walk -ins.
For the cow experiences there will be no more than 6 people per group and only 2 groups at any one time. For laregr groups please contact us directly so we can discuss your requirements.
All child prices must include one full paying adult. Children must be supervised at all times.
Please contact us directly to discuss any accessibility requirements and any additional support that may be required.
You will receive a confirmation via email once booked.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods are debit or credit cards. Any booking fees will be clearly stated.
For cow experiences full payment is required on booking.
Moo-vellous Birthday Fun, a deposit of £150 is required to confirm chosen date and time slot. Deposit of party is non-refundable. Any outstanding monies (including any additional add ons) must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the party. If outstanding monies is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel party with the forfeit of the deposit.
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in denominations of £5. Gift vouchers will last for up to 12 months from date of purchase.
Health and Safety
Our animals vary in size. Our cows are gentle but are large animals. Visitors must follow instructions at all times.
Sensible clothing and footwear must be worn.
Disposable aprons are provided to all participants for our Moo-vellous Birthday Fun and must be worn throughout animal handling experience. Failure to do so can result in being refused access to handle the animals.
Under 2's are not allowed to pet the animals to reduce the risk of illness.
Whist we have taken every precaution to ensure your safety with health and safety, there are still risks involved in all forms of animal handling. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to accept these risks.
You must not be under the influence of any alcohol or substances prior and during the experience. If it is suspected that you are, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. There would be no refund if this occurred.
You are responsible to advise of any allergies prior to arriving for the experience as well as any medical conditions that may impact on your participation.
You reserve the right to refuse the right to participate if safety is compromised.
Animal Welfare
Experiences may be paused or stopped if livestock are showing signs of distress. If this occurs you will be offered a full refund or change of date.
Well Being of the herd will be prioritised over commercial activity.
No chasing, no shouting por rough handling allowed. All visitors must respect the animals space at all times. Instructions must be followed at all times. If you fail to adhere to this, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. If this occurs no refund or change of date will be offered.
Visitor Responsibility
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your experience.
You must follow all hygiene rules and must use the facilities to wash hands prior and after animal interactions.
No feeding of the animals without consent from the handler.
You must at all times respect the farm environment.
Children must be supervised at all times and remain in designated areas only due to the farm being a working farm.
You must not smoke or vape whilst on site.
You must not consume any foods outwith the designated food area and only consume food provided or purchased on site. Exceptions to this is for anyone who has allergies to food and babies under 24 months of age.
Weather Policy
Sessions may run in light rain.
Severe weather may require re-scheduling
Visitors should come prepared for all weathers.
Wellies are the recommended footwear for visitors.
Photography
Your experience will be captured by workers. Our staff are not professional photographers and therefore accept no liability for poor photographs.
No Photographs will be used without the explicit consent from the participation. For children under the age of 16, children's parents will be asked for consent of any photographs used and will be advised where they will be used.
Liability
Visitors participate at their own risk
Moo & Me Time are not liable for any injuries caused by failure to follow instructions.
Moo & Me Time are not liable for any loss/damage to personal belongings or any vehicle left in the designated area.
Moo & Me Time will maintain appropriate insurance (public liability, farm experience insurance)
Moo & Me Time will ensure that Bouncy Castle will meet standards and will have an active PIPA certification.
Accessibilty
Moo & Me Time welcome visitors with any additional support needs.
Organisers must contact Moo & Me Time in order for reasonable adjustments to be made.
We encourage communication to help ensure all participants have a positive experience.
Complaints and Feedback
Any complaint must be raised at the time of concern.
We are committed to resolving any issues respectfully and promptly.
All feedback is welcomed.
Changes to our terms and conditions
Moo & Me Time have the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We will collect your name, email address and contact details . We will collect this data for bookings, safety and future communication.
We will store your details for approximately 12 months. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to withdraw consent for storing your data at any point after the experience.
All experiences purchased are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule the experience this must be done 2 full calendar weeks prior to the date and is subject to our discretion. Within 2 weeks of experience no change of date will be allowed.
Moo & Me Time reserve the right to cancel any experience for unforseen circumstances such as severe weather or animal welfare concerns. If this occurs we will offer a change of date or full refund.
There will be no refunds or change of date offered to any individual that does not attend their pre-booked experience.
